This policy explains what LatentNow collects and how it is used. We keep the site readable without asking for personal information unless you choose to subscribe.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe to a briefing. It is used to send the briefing, manage your subscription, and send a welcome message.

Email

Subscriptions are managed through our email provider (Resend). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, which removes you immediately. We never sell or share your email address.

Market data

Quotes shown on LatentNow are delayed at least 15 minutes and sourced from third-party providers. They are provided for information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or timely.

Cookies

We use a small amount of local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. At present, no tracking cookies are required to read the site.

Advertising

LatentNow does not currently serve third-party advertising. If advertising is introduced, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to LatentNow and other sites. Readers may manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and other industry opt-out tools where available.

Before serving ads that require consent in a reader's region, we will provide the required consent controls and update this policy to reflect the advertising partners in use.
